Yup went there and walked away. He only has around 100 lbs. Offered him 20 for it and he wanted 30 and wouldn't budge. Plus I went with my instinct and walked. 75 gallon tank filled a little over half with rock and sand. Sorry there is no way 300 lbs could fit in that tank.

I purchased one of the tanks listed on this ad today http://denver.craigslist.org/for/3274906466.html. Just wanted to give some additional information in case anyone else is interested. The tanks are acrylic and are 20 years old. There are some minor scratches on the tanks. They belong to a nursing home in Aurora and have been maintained by a professional aquarium maintenance company. The stands and canopies are made of solid wood and are quite heavy. The sumps are undersized at 20 gallons in my opinion but all in all I do believe it to be a good deal. The tank I got today was the only one left with a centered overflow/return box. The remaining tanks have the overflows on the side of the tanks. The stand and canopy also have built in cooling fans. Very nice and upbeat people to deal with. As of today there were 3 tanks remaining.
