Well I go with truck to get it tonight so technically haven't officially picked it up yet. Its acrylic but owner says it doesn't need buffed just needs out of his storage unit.

He sent me pics with a tape measure so I know the measurements calculate out right and he sent close up shots so as best I can see it looks like no scratches but you know how pictures lie. Will find out tonight after work.
