Used for a little over 2 years now. Everything works and works well. Custom heatsink which allowed me to make a piece of glass to protect the LEDs. 3w Cree LEDs. Royal blue, neutral white. Both colors dimmable with buckpucks. Comes with power source and fan. One stop LEDs for a smaller tank.

$150 obo!

Also selling separately, the 2 Panorama Pro LED modules that accompanied this DIY for the last year. Excellent color with the combo and grew SPS like crazy!

Could you get me dimensions on the heat sink. (Height as well as length/width) and length on the led bar/strips. Recall exactly which Cree models these were? Sodered in or the soderless kind?

I might be trying to stuff it into a hooded nano cube with some fitting and gutting of the hood. I imagine not enough for my 55g long.

not enough for a 55, but should do well in a nanocube. Shoot, the 3w Cree models are in my build thread i think, ill have to look ( i want to say XREs). Definitely soldered them on there. 9.5x 5.75x 1.25"

the panoramas are just a hair over 12" long

I think with the diy and the 2 panorama modules it is more light then a typical "nano" will need.

The DIY alone might almost be too many depending what your doing. Doubt you could fit the DIY and both strips in there. Imagined some of those lights only on for viewing.

Nope, I had all lights on for about 9 hours per day. I needed a lot if light for the sps I was keeping. I just replaced them with an ai sol, which will put out even more light I my 10g :)

Didn't think SPS were that common. If I end up finding cash for these, may need it full strength for my clam in nano anyway. Realized I may need to put clam there as a peacock mantis may find it tasty.
