Maybe its just me, but I'm not sure I'd trust a DIY dosing setup, too much at risk.

its for liquid food and ill use a small reservoir , if it works well and tests true i will move on to larger reservoir and/or buffers/additives

It looks like the controllers operate on a continuous basis, and regulate the speed of the motor...do you need another piece for the time of day or duration of dose? Are you thinking of a housing?

i am thinking i will put it on a timer o turn on for a hour every 6 hours and set it for 2ml per hour

i can even figure correlation between the dial and mlph and make a plate with markings for speed for ml

Putting two switches in series ensures no disaster. If one fails, you have a second as a backup.
