Diy auto doser ?

I am thinking of putting together a auto dosser, i am going to go with a dial knob rater then trying to code a program
it will take some tinkering to get it dialed correctly but to me lots more pleasant then coding
any one see a issue with what i have in mind ?

Maybe its just me, but I'm not sure I'd trust a DIY dosing setup, too much at risk.

its for liquid food and ill use a small reservoir , if it works well and tests true i will move on to larger reservoir and/or buffers/additives

Iam between two controllers i think i like the first one because it has a power switch , what do you guys/galls think ?

It looks like the controllers operate on a continuous basis, and regulate the speed of the motor...do you need another piece for the time of day or duration of dose? Are you thinking of a housing?

i am thinking i will put it on a timer o turn on for a hour every 6 hours and set it for 2ml per hour

i can even figure correlation between the dial and mlph and make a plate with markings for speed for ml

i ended up with a plastic box i.v type set up with a dropper at a drop every 5 minutes or about 15ml per day

I ran a DIY for about 4yrs. I have the base unit, you supply the 120v cord for the outlet,float switches, and 12v adaptor, and I'll give it the first person who for sure will pick it up in the next week.

I personally like the the switches from autotopoff.com better than aqua hub.

Putting two switches in series ensures no disaster. If one fails, you have a second as a backup.
