Fish Room build update

Cool, i just completed another water change on my Red Sea Max and i really want a better way.

Actually I'm not sure it even needs an illustration. It's pretty simple. The display is on the floor above the sump about 20 feet away. When I do a change all I'm doin is diverting the feed into the return pumps from the sump to the mixing tank. This is done with two ball valves. The return begins pumping the newly mixed water up into the display witch displaces the water in the sump by an equal amount. The water level in the sump rises above a stand pipe in the sump that then drains into the sewage line. Yes a small amount of the new water is mixed with old and lost but considering the distance the water has to travel the loss is negligible.
