Depending on the size of fish, you can take a 2 liter bottle and invert the top into itself. If a bigger hole is needed, you can try a gatorade bottle.

How big is the fish and tank? I drained much of the water I my 120 and snatched a tang the other day, took about an hour. Just a thought.

Fish is about 4-5 inches on a 55 gallon tank with plenty of rock.
