i would say a couple days if someone wants to swing buy and help a wounded reefer frag that would be cool going to pick up some reef dip just realized im out.
Daniel, according to that thread, those frags need high flow. It was mentioned that without enough flow, the zoanthids melted in a couple days.
Wonder if it has something to do with the slime coat that builds up around the polyps when damp shipping.
As a Expierenced vendor I would never ship this way, just not sure why such a big risk on a pricey order, I mean shipping couldnt be more than $50 for priority overnight
I can try to come help frag this weekend Dan. I would say just cut the plugs up with bone cutters rather than actually cutting the polyp. Less stress the better. Are they on plugs or discs?
some are on large plugs some are on small plugs dv3 i have them in a 10 gallon currently i had water made up for water change so i used it for the corals but i wont dip yours let me know when everyone wants to swing by
i started reading the post on RC and put them in a high flow area
daniel i was just saying its whatever is easiest for you ....i don't car one way or another and didn't want you to have to go get dip
i would help if i could but i can't get there till sunday ...i will help if you still need it done then
its ok i wanted to dip mine also due to the nudibranch out break i had a year ago and ended up having to quarantine all my zoas which took 2 months to beat better safe than sorry
