If i dont keep her happy she could pack it all up while im on a trip one of these times and put it on craigslist for first person with a new pair of shoes gets everything... So you see i have to keep her happy and everything should still be here when i come home!

Plus she takes care of it when im not around so i have to keep her interested or the tanks may get neglected...

Wow... Perfect timing the girlfiriend just won a free pair of shows to Steve Madden, this morning on the radio. Looks like I'll have to take it while shes sleeping....

Sounds like you have a good plan. Mine is still rocking away. I just scored a sweet octo extreme 160 for my 58. Some would say overkill...but for $180 I had to do it. :D

could you plumb it to the sump, and then hide it in a cabinet or something. i tried to put mine in the sump (it fit) but what a pain to get the collection cup on/off. Wife sugested plumb through the cabinet stand and put it on its oun stand.

How big and what kind of skimmer do you have at the moment? I might be willing to buy yours from you when you get a new one to help eat the cost a bit! We still need to get together so i can get that tank from you sometime....

The octo extreme 160 was the best one I could find with the smallest footprint. I highly recommend it!

Ok no biggie! I think i found one rated for 200 gallons in Longmont with a wet/ dry filter for $30!! Hopefully they both work well and if not well then im only out $30 not that big of a deal! So its kind of a win win!
