Hey all!
Looking for someone/someones to do some work at my house. First is I need a landscaper to flatten my front yard. I had a tree there that I took out so I need someone to come in and flatted it out, add some manure/compost and roll it so it is ready to sod. I'll do the sod on my own. Got several bids between $550-650 and the guy I liked the most hasn't called me back in two weeks. Next is moving 2 hose bibs. Both have access inside the house and need to be moved about 3' each. The same person can also replace a gate valve for me while they are doing this for my sprinklers. It is starting to stick. Last I need 3 fence posts removed and replaced. They have rotted out at ground level. The fence segments can be taken down and I can put them back up once the cement dries to avoid an additional trip for someone.
