Light and flow how are these classified?

I was just curious whats considered to be low light and a medium flow and so in? I have a JBJ 28gal nano with LEDs. The two stock pumps and one 240gph Koralia powerhead. Green hairy mushrooms for example do I want them on the bottom with a powerhead not hitting them but to where they still move from the current? Is that low light medium flow? I have some red mushrooms at the top of my rock work behind the return pump no movement is that considered High light low flow?

everyones tank is different. When getting to figure out my flow patterns in my tank I use a little flake food, drop it in front of a pump and watch it. Low light is simply decided by looking at it. Shadows caused by live rock are great low light areas. corners and edges are good too (depending on your light spread of course). You mushrooms would be in high light and low flow for your tank. I usually place mushrooms towards the bottom and in low flow areas.
