Looking for good plumber and electrician recommendations

If anyone has a recommendation for a good plumber and electrician I'd love to hear about them. I'm gathering bids together to install rough-ins for a small bathroom remodel.

Plumbing will include tie-ing into an existing vent stack, installing a couple shower valves and rerouting supply lines in the sub floor for a new shower and vanity location.

Electrical will include moving switches, and running wires to 2 new outlets and 3 or so lights.

So please let me know if you've had a good experience with a plumber and electrician that you'd like to recommend. They also need to be licensed and insured.
