I'm cleaning out the surplus equipment I had running on my last tank. Everything was in working condition when I powered down the system. Still, some of this equipment has been sitting in boxes for years.
So....I'm going to try this:
If you like a piece of equipment, take it home and try it out. If you still like it, feel free to send some coral my way. I'm not going to try to estimate value and I certainly don't want to sell someone equipment that doesn't work. I also don't have time to set up a trial system to test every component. My laziness/lack of spare time is your gain!
Here's the list of what I'm bringing:
-EcoPlus 1/4 HP Chiller (did the job on my 200g system, probably intended for a 120g)
-Super Reef Octopus XP-2000SSS Cone skimmer
-40B glass tank never used
-40B glass tank used once with copper
-2 x peristaltic pumps
-4 stage BRS RO/DI system (needs new filtration media)
-old-school sump. Good bones if you don't like the trickle filter tower - it's removable
-4 x Coralife Turbo Sea 1090 external pumps (Coralife might not have had a good name, but these were awesome pumps that moved a lot of water at a low wattage)
-I think there's a small UV filter buried in the green bubble wrap
-Eshopps PSK-75 skimmer (in box, never used)
Oh, and because this was the next picture on Flickr while uploading these, this equipment is what made this possible:

Glad to hear there’s interest. Event starts at 11:00. First come first serve on the equipment above. I don’t want to hurt anyone’s feelings if I forget to set it aside ahead of time.
