FYI. Circumcision is required by Islam, so he probably was. Historically circumcision was required by Abraham's people which Islam comes from Ishmael who was the illegitimate son of Abraham. Many religions require circumcision and usually only males from non-religious families would not be circumcised.

I think being buried at sea under these circumstances was against Islamic law and would make Osama an Islamic outcast.
