I don't know how they do this time after time. They have nice stuff, and great pricing, but continue to drop the ball time and time again.

It's a bit late replying. Me being the sucker nice guy would still give them thru the day as that's what they last said after bank threat. If there's not an email w/ tracking or whatever sat am then yeah, burn them at the stake. (or keep being patient w/ them.)
