What should i do?

Two of my fish are on the brink of death, one cant move and one is blind. I've noticied that the flame angle (the one that cant move) is covered in white dots. parasites right? So I'm treating with ik attack, is that a good thing to do? thanks

Is this a reef or fish only system?

First step is test up your water parameters and try figure out what caused the break down.
Watch your temp and specific gravity as well as the usual water chemistry parameters.

Then probably a water change to clean things up.
Start feeding high quality frozen food soaked in Garlic Guard if they are still eating.
If there are corals and inverts, medication options are limited/nonexistent.
Isolation in a QT system with hyposalinity, copper, or other meds is usually best.

If it's fish only, remove carbon, Polyfilters, turn off Protien skimmers, and medicate in tank or hyposalinity.

Before treating, a pic of the fish and parasites would be helpful for selecting the right meds.

ok so my camera is brocken so I cant get pics... The two fish are dead and another is missing. I see white dots all over one of the dead ones and the other's eyes were covered and he couldnt see. his scales were flaking off but I think that might be because he was begining to be eaten by my hermit crabs... I got some new fish a couple of weeks ago... could htat be the cause?

it looked kind of like this...

yes I have about 10 frags. I might be able to set up another tank. It is a 55 but it only has undergravle filters. could I put the fish in a bucket? (10 gallons) lights and a heater??

I feel for you brah. Where are you located? If you're by the greeley area I might be able to help you out with spare tank. Get the fish out ASAP, once you have your qt setup. You don't need to have an established qt, as you can mitigate stuff by doing daily water changes, 50% is about right. They need to be in hypo for roughly 2 months so the ich can do its thing.

ok I have 3 or the fish in a 10 gallon with a light heater and a very small filter. there are still 3 fish in my tank plus and eel... and the missing cleaner wrasse if it is alive. Would the eel be infected too? I will try to set up my 55 asap but that may not work out for awhile. I will get some garlic gaurd and copper and stuff today. I'm in longmont/erie. would getting a cleaner shrip or wrasse be any help?

Nope. The copper will just end up killing the shrimp. I make my own food and add garlic to it. The dollar store on Hover in Longmont sells bags of scallops for $1. I buy that, fresh uncooked shrimp, squid, white fish, fish eggs, add nori and wakami seaweed. Chop it all up in different sizes add garlic and other vitamins and freeze as flat as possible in a ziplock bag. My hippo tang got some ich spots there for a while but none of my other fish got it and he got over it very easily with no treatment. I believe it's from eating a good diet.

Be careful with all your fish in the 10 gallon. You water is going to foul pretty quickly. Even a 20 gallon long from Petco will work much better. Add a big piece of cleaned pvc for them to hide in, put one of those ammonia alert badges on there and add some Seachem Stability to the water. You want to limit the stress placed on your fish because it will just quicken their deaths. I'm not a fan of copper but if it's your last resort, treat with that.

Hypo can be easier, maintain sg at 1.01 for 8 weeks (complete lifecycle of ich) in your qt. The hard part is maintaining the 1.01 sg and keeping water quality up. Be sure to provide the cleaned pvc, as mentioned earlier. Over 6-8 weeks, after qt period, slowly bring sg back up to normal (the same as your dt). Don't do hypo and copper at the same time. Be sure to feed plenty, I added brightwell vitamarin-c to the food.

Hope Will chimes in, as he's a freakin genius when it comes to fish care.
