arrrggg. just lost my favorite fish , jumped out of my tank .
Have a few do this over the years . So i guess i better cover my tank .
Any ideas .
I bought some screen door material that i was going to try and bend and then add the screen.
Not sure how great that is going to turn out.
Maybe i should just buy one ?
Where would i get one ... should i get glass . screen
ANyone have one for sale ..
ANy ideas please?

What about velcroing the mesh to top rim of tank?

Chads idea is a good one just make sure it's clear IMO, with the black you loose to much light.

Brs has some 1-4" clear mesh of you took a piece of ply wood and traced your tank out then go in a inch all the way around you could staple the mead to the wood or sandwich it in between two piece sand the tale a router and make the edges have a finished look

hmmm..... some good ideas... thank you ..will post what i end up doing ..
I think catfish charlies once told me he could get the original glass top for a hundred bucks or so?
Would this be idea or does glass not allow for as much light . etc

Not as much of the light but it not letting the gass out you will have problems in my opinion
