That's probably good enough for my tank; the smaller dimensions might actually make it easier since I'm placing it on one of the short sides. Dropping you a pm.

Thanks, I'm actually running the AC50 now and wanted to upgrade to the AC70 since I would like a little extra room to run floss and carbon. The AC50 didn't look large enough for me to modify it with a small baffle and run both media and chaeto...but I could be wrong.

Do you have any pics of that modded ac50?

Please close. Just found out that all of the AC50 and AC70 parts are interchangeable...gonna build a fuge mod with a cheap AC70 replacement case and swap the rest of the parts over.
