Im looking to trade my 90 gallon reef ready setup, really like to keep it but my condo is on the second story and hoa is telling me I have to down grade to a nano so I would like to trade for a 30g nano plus cash so make me an offer.

Looks like the door is just open on hinges all the way to the side, hard to see but that's what it looks like to me.

It has two folding doors. Forgot to mention the tank does have a little crack on the plastic edging but no leak at all been running for over two years. And the stand has been cut a little but not by me. I can send pictures if you pm me your number

Just throwing it out... Bio cube 29g w/ stand. Hood is there as well with stock PC lighting. Have a HOB skimmer that DOES NOT work with the hood, but also have bio cube skimmer that does. 1 scratch in front glass, bout an inch long...

Just a question, also I am not trying to be nosy butwhere in your agreement does it state aquatic limits. I would look into, theonly reason I say is that unless it puts undue stress on the structure of the apartment,house, condominium, townhouse, etc it would directly list it in the terms ofthe HOA. I wish you the best in what you do decide. In my old condo it stated specific on aquatic equipment that said to the effect al imit of 500lbs of an aquatic appliances is allowed above the 2nd floor and 400lbs of aquatic appliences on the 3rd and above floors. I lived in a 4 story condo and I sold the place because of the crazy limitation it had on what you could not only outside but alos inside. Again, wish you the best on your trade or sale.

Not exactly sure where it says on the agreement. Might have to look, my place is pretty anal on the pet free community but I doubt it's with fish tanks.
