Also lost all my snails,2 sand sifting stars and a tuxed urchin

water change water change water change, stay away from all the snake oil, all they do it anything is cover the problem temporarily. There are few if any products that actually take care of the problems we try and treat they typically only mask it. Like Aaron says fix the problem dont NUKE your tank.

Yep this is the first and last time I will ever do that for sure.
