Sex: Sexual differences: All are born female and change as the need arises. The coloration of the male and female is the same with one exception, the female has a black spot on the spine aligned with the base of pectoral fin.

That is really good to know. Thanks for the tip .... I guess I just need to buy another ornate leopard wrasse and see what happens. I wonder if there is a time frame or window that I need to hit before they get too old. I am not sure if that write up specifies. I have not read it yet.
