Well thats not true , james homlmes bought his guns legally. Although his therapist should of done A HELL of a LOT more.
as for how they sleep at night, they sleep well because they are paid (and protected) by our tax dollars regardless if they do what the people in this state want and not what the bloomberg lefties want in N.Y.

I don't feel free I fret all the time about getting pulled over because god knows what stupid *** law this cricked *** cop is going to site me for, I won't be able to go buy the gun I want to buy because some how these politicians look past the real number, like my avatar picture and like the fact in 2012 only three pawn shops were held up in the entire nation... Hmmmm wonder why, Cuz they have LOADED GUNS! Crooks are not stupid they are lazy, they won't walk into a place where they know individuals are carrying guns. Texas=highest percentage of licensed guns owners and guess what Texas also have the fewest gun crimes per capa! Stupid ppl are not commuting crimes because they are all in our state and federal capitols passing bills!
Back to the fish bill, why waste every bodies time and our ****ing money when they dam well know that it only has a 4% chance and that thousands of businesses would close, how is that in our best interest?? Go find a way to cut 17trillion $ in spending over the course of 20years!

No no no. They understand that criminals dont obey laws. The thought process is that the magical gun fairy is going to remove the guns that are already in circulation.

+100000000 to the term limits, there should be no such thing as "Career Politicians" the other Huge problem is too many 'a**hats" are too lazy to learn what their "parties candidate" actually stands for. Oh and in my opinion we should only pay our Elected (voulenteered) officials the bare minimum. per deim of like 50 a day for food.
I would be in somewhat support of the original law if it was 60 years ago and they did a better job with it. Who can really argue that brumese pythons taking over the everglades, zebra mussels wrecking our lakes and grass carp outeating all of the native fish is good? You can watch videos on YouTube of volitan lionfish swimming around in the Caribbean. Somewhere deep inside of us, I think that we all know that some level of protection might have been a good idea.
However, globalization already happened. Isn't this bill about 50 years too late? Maybe they should start working now on not bringing in stuff from the moon, The Forest Moon of Endor, whatever planets the aliens from Independence Day and Battleship were from and Planet Vulcan. I mean, isn't this what Tommy Lee Jones and Will Smith take care of underneath of Manhattan? Aren't we covered here?
