I’d also run some carbon and maybe filter floss just in cans. I’d also have some extra water mixed up just in case.

After you get settled in let me know. We can get you some hardy sps Frags to flex those halide muscles.

Check out these screens to prevent jumpers! DIY with a heat gun to bend the frames to match the curve of the bow front. Also had to heat the 90 plastic corner pieces to open them up to a larger angle.

Still on track to kick this off on Friday?
I think so! My tentative plan is to transfer everything into the stock tank on Friday and then move the tanks on Saturday, and glue all the PVC...give it 24 hours and then hopefully fill and start the 155 bowfront for reals on Sunday!

Thanks! Wish I could take credit for it, but there was a thread I was copying on one of the national forums. I'm really happy with how they turned out...especially with my yellow coris wrasse jumping to his demise a while ago.

I am torn between these two phrases:

“And so it begins.....” vs. “Ah man, I don’t wanna do this!”

Literally a 50/50 split in my head!

It is pretty sweet looking over there, it might stay!
Hillbilly hot tub! Use the fireplace to get the water warm!
lol, pretty romantic with the fire roaring
I’d put a tarp under it just me though
I put a tarp down on the other end, and across the carpet to the horse trough. It worked OK, but started to turn into a slip and slide!
