The tank has been ordered as well.

Tenecor Acrylic tank. 96" x 24" x 24" (240 gal). Blue background, and 2 Trapezoid overflows on the back of the tank.

5 to 6 week manufacture time... Plenty of time to build the stand and lights. Probably need to order a new skimmer as well still. SWC Xtreme 250 looks promising, will have to give CJ a call later today.

Went up to Elite Reef today to pick up a skimmer.

C.J. got me hooked up with the SWC Extreme 250. This thing is a beast. I bought the 160 a month ago for my 40gal and couldn't imagine how many bubbles this thing produces.

Can't wait for everything to get here so I can start piecing it together.

Got the drain plumbing done on the sump. Waiting for the return pumps to get here wed to finish the rest of the plumbing.

Found out that cutting acrylic sucks, and glueing it sucks even more. But the 1st of 4 baffles is curing now.

Picked up some Bulkheads from ER today, and strainers. Going to drill the sump and connect the two return pumps tomorrow.

Also got my LED drivers ordered. http://www.inventronics-co.com/pro_details.asp?info_kind=003002002007&ID=152.

LED group buy should be done by the end of this week. This means that in 2 weeks I should have everything to build the light fixture. Will just need to get off my *** and build to stand/Faux wall for the DT.

very nice man what weld on did u use
Since it was only the sump, and I couldn't find anyplace around town that had the weld-on #53 (I think). The baffles were not able to be cut perfectly, and because the tank has bracing on the top, it was hard to get the right size baffles in. So long story short, its just silicon.

For baffles it will work good enough.

If you need weld-on, there's a plastics place on the other side of town from you in the same shopping center as Keys Island. They sell all sorts of acryllic, including their 'scraps', which many times is all I'm looking for.
