The frame could be printed sure, but I don't think you could print the rings. The ridges on the rings are to small for most printers to handle I think. They also likely wouldnt be as durable or easy to wash if they were printed. Either way the 4 I have work great. They just get a quick rinse...

Almost all the LFS will carry ATI bulbs, they are pretty much the primary standard for t5s. You can also order them from any online saltwater retailer

I have used t5s for years on various tanks. Currently run them on my mangrove and planted fuge tank. I have a 48" 4 bulb retrofit and a 36" 6 bulb on it.
