They don't own the grow shop. One of the employees does.

That might rule out anyone who needs a loan to purchase the business. The banker is going to want the financials. However since it is an Asset Purchase then the debt wouldn't follow.

hmmmmm.....don't know if they have $9000 worth of assets in that store....haven't been there in a while but it hasn't been the same since the ownership changed.
