You may be right. Maybe we can just re-fit that tank with new stuff and vote along the way on what we use. Vote on livestock, equipment...

I don't see how voting on any thing will be practical. Should we put in a c.f. light or a L.E.D.? Should we put in a Kenya tree coral or a green toadstool? I think if people want to donate items to the tank, if it is an improvement to what is currently set up, then great.
