Box fish, good idea or not?

I really want a box fish, however i have heard horror stories. Can they really kill your whole tank if they die? Also can they take high current that a mixed reef has? Please let me know if i should turn my head to them?

I have a 35 gallon mixed reef which has good current.

I thought boxfish needed a 100g tank or so. That was one of the reasons why I was looking at puffers instead.

Thought some were more safe than others. Forgot were I read it, I think Conscientious Marine Aquarium?, the blue was really sensitive as opposed to the longhorn or cubicus. Your softies should be same, your bonies are in danger of being used to grind down teeth. Inverts are goners as well. Think Josh had one in his DT for a bit. I'll try and find the book.

I had a LHCF in a 14g biocube, he was cute but hated flow so I had to get rid of her, fun to watch but too nerve racking for my liking
